I am a loving and devoted husband, father and son with immense undefeated passion for what I do, which is pushing people into the right direction to achieve the top professional career goals they desire. I live and work with a dedicated and focused mindset, but I always know how to take a step back from difficult situations to take them on in a mindful and calm manner.

After 25+ years of experience in career coaching and consulting, I have learned all the necessary ins and outs to:

I started Aykaza to solve a major problem; too many people are settling for comfortable yet unfulfilling jobs, they know they deserve much better and a better pay, but they don’t have the necessary guidance to both search for and land their dream job.
